How do I get started?
You must enroll in the course. Once you click on enroll you will be redirected to create a profile in the ISSVD management system. Then you will have to pay the amount stated for the course. You should receive a confirmation email for your payment. With the credentials, you will be able to log in to this site whenever you like.
How can I download my certificate once I finish the test?
You can go to “My Account” in the top right-hand corner click on “My Profile” then you will be taken to your profile page. There you can go to the bottom of the page and expand the “Certificate” option, there you will find a certificate icon which you must click, and then you will be able to open up your certificate in a PDF file that you can download.
The name in my certificate is wrong, how can I change it?
You must send the request with the right name to [email protected].
How do I access the courses if I am a member of ISSVD?
The course for ISSVD Members are not included in the membership.

Can I share my credentials?
No, it is strictly forbidden to share or download any content or information related to the course.
I scored less than 80% in the certification exam and I already did it more than twice. Can I repeat the exam?
You can send your request to [email protected]. The committee will evaluate if you can repeat the exam or if you must repeat the whole course.
Do I have to pay the course if I am a member of the ISSVD?
Yes, you must pay the course even if you are already a member of the ISSVD.
